Roberts ruled that even though DACA is illegal Trump had not considered impact of revoking it. Trump is throwing this ruling back in their face. Also, almost no one in the country will have standing to challenge the order, about only exception is Pelosi and most judges with any brains are not going to want to rule against the enire American public on this so the judges will use the lack of standing to throw most law suits out
