They've brandished weapons so a threat is apparent. . .

You'd walk.

Likely, but it would be legally/financially painful.

Not only will you spend your life savings on a lawyer, they will dox you and your employer will fire you, inocent or not, to cover their ass. And you will live in internet infamy and struggle to find a job. (Example: George Zimmerman)

Zimmerman created many of his own problems. Not that he was wrong to shoot Saint Trayvon.

This is bad advice. Nobody's dying from getting hit by a car, they all bounce right up. An idiot could successfully defend themselves in Court without a lawyer.

100% legal. Lethal force is justified when you fear for your life or serious bodily injury. This fear has been credible since 5/26.

Soon legalities won't matter. The advantage of a coordinated strike is they can't impeach all of us at once

As long as they could convince a jury they were in fear of their life it's clear self defense.

Still would be a nightmare of legal issues for probably years.

It should never make it to a jury. No one should be willing to prosecute obvious self defense. Regardless how long the process took, this is the only relevant issue.

Confusion about this is the only reason drivers are afraid to do the right thing, and the only reason criminals continue.
