You or I would be arrested Immediately even we had are guns like this, never unholster unless you plan on using it. If I was driving and these guys stopped me drawn, I would feel threatened and I may choose to take action, though I don’t ever want to have to use my gun on another human, if I was in this instance I honestly don’t know how I would take it.

Driving is incredibly more lethal than firing a gun. In most States the justification for lethal force is fear for your life, or severe bodily injury. In my State we can do that to defend another, although I find nothing about defending property.
You can't swerve to hit more than necessary as you drive through a crowd. Other than that you're fine to gtfo. This is by far the better legal option, especially since everyone getting hit bounces back up and is clearly not dead.
In the full footage of the event in the OP tons of cars block this truck's escape, strewn all over the road 30' or more behind the truck. Wtf they're doing there like that beats me, but they're on both sides of the double yellow line.
Does anybody know if everybody got out ok? Any arrests made?
