465 itself isnt bad. Most of it got a makeover and more lanes through most of it in the last few years. NW side still needs it to fix the clusterfuck at 421 and 865 but generally speaking its in a lot better shape. 31NB to 465 still dumps you out in the left lane with about 40 feet to merge though.
A few blue cities and Indy is one of them. The city is actually quite ghetto, the suburbs are not.
