Our Office does not have primary patrol or investigative responsibilities in Marion County. Rather, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department handles matters such as these. Last I saw from a local news report, IMPD is investigating this matter and attempting to identify the subjects. Thank you for reaching out.
Essentially, the CITY of Indy, IS the county of Marion. So, they can always defer action to the city.
At this point I have sent this video to the mayor, the marion county sheriff, every single crime stopper email, every news channel, every neighborhood watch, my neighbors, my family.
