Every sheriff's office in my state instituted a covid protocol so you need to schedule an appointment to come in and renew your concealed carry license. They're all booked up into early 2021. I've effectively lost my right in a "shall issue" state to carry concealed because of covid.

Here in Washington they have told us they can't do any fingerprinting until we enter Phase 3 of Safe Start Washington and without fingerprinting they can't handle new CCL requests.
