It would be great if they did, but I expect they will be smart enough to use a front organization to actually bring the lawsuit, so that they can keep their hands clean.
I think it will be hard to find anyone that has standing unless a democrat judge wants to stick his neck out and be known as the judge that took away everyones money. About only person that might have standing is Pelosi
