any 24hr pharmacies near you? I know Walgreens has some 24 hr pharmacies. I put of going to the doctor during this covid crap until I was so miserable I finally got in to see one yesterday..just picked up my meds today still feel like shit though. This shutdown is doing a number on my health..hang in there and if you can't hang call 911..
Only other advice I can give is to load up on some ibuprofen. I don't really know where you are experiencing pain, so this may not be good advice, but you could also try soaking in an epsom salt bath.
Midwest? This may not be a popular opinion on this site, I have no idea, but sounds like you have access to legal cannabis in that part of the country. I'd give that a try. Maybe even CBD. You can generally get CBD in a gas station. I cant say if CBD it will help as its never done a thing for me, but I have an extremely high tolerance for drugs.
