Shield walls are idiotic against ranged chemical weapons, unless ANTIFA don't need to breathe.
Non-lethal counter = bean bags / Simmunition / rubber rounds to the head, back, sides and groin, or tear gas cannisters, or two horse policemen with a heavy gauge chain between them (instead of horses, SUVs also work).
Lethal counter = alternate stacking of FMJ and SJHP / Wadcutter rounds in a rifle and let 'er rip. All handguns for police should have +P rounds used.
