My philosophy is a little different. Only 1 bullet each, as long as it went center mass. Even just a good .223 and they'll die. How many will get medical treatment soon enough to live? 7? When there are 300 needing triage, those 7 that might make it just weren't worth wasting ammo on.
They deserve to be machine gunned down in the streets and ruthlessly dead checked.
