There are like 60 jobs that are included in the law including teachers fire fighters medics doctors etc. That means if you spit on a cop in uniform you are supposed to be charged with a felony. Unfortunately in Philly actual agg assault on cops never even get charged. When you have cop hating DAs shit gets real stupid. I hope everyone on here votes on the DA in their area in the future it is more important than the mayor or president in people's daily lives in my opinion.
In Albuquerque there was a period where the DA was basically claiming that the police were threatening her life. Interesting politic there, that the DA can be so hated by and opposed to police. They are the prosecutor, they should be on the same side!
