Do i understand it right that if you make more than 100k you won't get the payroll tax relief? I make a little more than $100k but I am also a sole provider for my family of 4.

So if my neighbor who makes $98k and his wife makes another 90k bringing in almost $200k together will each get the payroll tax relief?

Hopefully it's somewhat graduated. So you would only pay taxes on monies over 100K... I.e., if you earn 102K, maybe you're only taxed on the 2K?

Just my guess, but I hope that's how they do it?
