Until the people stand up for themselves, this will be the norm.

Theres far more citizens than there are law enforcement. If the people started taking to the streets, the police couldnt control them. If they start shooting people over quarrentines, the entire world will come out in support of the people.

Nobody will help you until you help yourselves first.
