Not exactly. They have found impunity due to the police force having been handcuffed by local governments to stand down.
If we shoot back, right now, we will be pursued by the same police for arrest and conviction whereas BLM and Antifa have been given a pass.
The ugly reality is, it’s police who are our enemy in these particular cities because they “follow orders” that create a multi tiered, double standard justice system that protects criminals and suppresses patriots. We are on our own and will have to take on theses rogue police departments one by one.

The citizenry are already police
All a police officer is is a regular citizen expected to perform the duties of a citizen in maintaining law and order on a full time basis, but the origin of their capabilities and authority were that all citizens had the right to make arrests and take prisoners to a Magistrate to be judged for their crimes against the citizens of a town
There is no need to establish formal authority for the citizenry to be recognized as arbiters of their own communities and the guardians of the natural rights of their fellow countrymen, as that authority is already granted by being a United States citizen.
The police are just a well regulated militia that’s 100% controlled by the government, which if you think about it completely goes against the whole point of a well regulated militia.
Disarm the police and reinstate the local militia. If the police need firepower to enforce the law they can call up some of the armed citizens as backup.
I am all for demilitarizing the cops, just as soon as we disarm the cartels, disband the gangs, and show ourselves capable of dispersing a riot with a bullhorn.
Citizens could take care of all those problems ourselves, with our own guns, but the police don’t let us.

I don't think there is a jury in America that would convict the guy that shot Garret Foster under the circumstances for instance. Anybody doubting that should remember that in spite of an overwhelming media narrative that even included assistance from the fucking president, George Zimmerman was acquitted of murder in the Trayvon Martin killing, legally recognizing that it was the very definition of a good shoot in self defense.
There is more than enough footage of ANTIFA committed terrorist acts, and of course the President declaring them a terrorist organization, that anybody defending their lives and property with lethal force should have no need to fear a jury so long as their attorney is not part of the same special club that is helping Soros undermine law and order in this country.
It was in reference to shooting at the police when they come to arrest you for defending yourself.
In the end, the uniform only gets so much respect.
I don't think the police are the problem, it's the justice system. District Attorneys bring charges, not police officers.
Police officers build cases. They also follow orders.
Any man that is willing to use that excuse to trample another man’s rights is not worthy of the uniform. They must pick a side.
