I like the daydream, however look at history. This scum lives under a rock and comes out of hiding in another country every 30 - 50 years.

Potential scum are everywhere and have been since industrialization and modern agriculture disassociated the need to work from the ability to survive.

If you want to keep potential scum in line so that we can all enjoy the fruits of a free and prosperous society, then you must not tolerate marxist ideas.
