Maybe so, but let's be honest: If people actively did educate themselves before/when having kids on a number of subjects (ironically, education being one of them), society would be better off at large.
Instead, we have a generation of idiots who think that having children should be someone else's problem. Like daddy government.
The homeschoolers and people of faith are the only ones who seem to be actively thinking this through.

What we're witnessing with the younger generation happily gobbling up Marxist philosophy is a direct consequence of ignorance and a sore lack of critical thinking. Honestly, that begins with the parents.
Relying on educators to make up for an educational shortfall at home is a recipe for disaster. The black community is a good illustration of this. Yes, there are exceptions where people can rise up out of the ashes of broken homes, but those are exceptions not the rule.
It amazes me the flak you're getting for your original post (and subsequent ones) because nothing you've said is wrong. Public schools are indoctrination centers. Nothing "Karen" about that no matter how much some of the people here would like to lament.
