I thought gun control in Mexico was nearly air tight? ( Except for the cartels, who get rocket launchers and .50 Cal machine guns ). Mexico could benefit greatly from an armed population. Maybe they could actually get a handle on the cartel problem if people had a means of fighting back instead of hiding.
