I agree, but my coworker harassed me publicly FOR MONTHS, and when I finally got the cops involved after it became clear the owner wouldn't do what needed to be done, they told me nothing would be done because it wasn't physical. Just a story from someone who has live harassment his whole life and always been overlooked. by those in power.

You can filed a lawsuit against that person for harassment. That'll get their attention.
