You can easily make the comparison between this fantasy and the leftists, who fantasize about being given money for nothing (UBI), who fantasize about being given medical attention for nothing (UH).
Leftist ideology is just the same as young boys fantasies about endless pleasure being brought to them: You don't have to work for it, earn it, and certainly are entitled to it.
And we all know someone who grew up getting everything they ever wanted. Young friends maybe who were "spoiled" and cried every time they were denied any pleasure.
They grew up to be assholes in every case. Very difficult for them to be re-programmed to a sustainable, working lifestyle.
