I've loved hearing Barr be pretty aware of the real threat we are under by the left and media.. however, when they described the grand jury being the end all be all for indictments.. it got me a tad deflated. Who are these people and will they go for justice regardless of the people? I still don't get the sense of any top Obama arrests. I hope I'm wrong!
It's mostly about building a strong case instead of dumping your load immediately and giving them double jeopardy immunity. If you can't unilaterally convince a grand jury that maybe you have a shot, then you're fucked convincing a regular jury that there's proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

Unfortunately, those would be the jurors anyway. Definitely an uphill battle, but we have the best (attorney) General for that fight!
A change of venue could have been fought for.
That's my fear. Everyone is politicized these days, and how do we know the DC grand jury isn't just another bunch of bought and paid for Leftists.
Literally 90.86% of DC voted for Clinton in 2016. Let that sink in. No way in hell you will EVER get a fair trial in DC.
