It's mostly about building a strong case instead of dumping your load immediately and giving them double jeopardy immunity. If you can't unilaterally convince a grand jury that maybe you have a shot, then you're fucked convincing a regular jury that there's proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

Unfortunately, those would be the jurors anyway. Definitely an uphill battle, but we have the best (attorney) General for that fight!

That's my fear. Everyone is politicized these days, and how do we know the DC grand jury isn't just another bunch of bought and paid for Leftists.
Literally 90.86% of DC voted for Clinton in 2016. Let that sink in. No way in hell you will EVER get a fair trial in DC.
