It's mostly about building a strong case instead of dumping your load immediately and giving them double jeopardy immunity. If you can't unilaterally convince a grand jury that maybe you have a shot, then you're fucked convincing a regular jury that there's proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

Unfortunately, those would be the jurors anyway. Definitely an uphill battle, but we have the best (attorney) General for that fight!

Literally 90.86% of DC voted for Clinton in 2016. Let that sink in. No way in hell you will EVER get a fair trial in DC.
