had this post not long ago, some of the arguments where that there isnt any evidence they actually looked at the laptop themselves, i really want to see the list of people who saw weiners laptop and who worked on the case and how they were involved, their deaths are very suspicious and it needs further investigating.

Funny how that laptop was seized years ago and.......nothing. So either there was nothing there, or whatever was on it has been smashed with hammers, Bleach Bit and whatever else.

Chances of it being used as evidence in a prosecution now: ZERO.

I keep seeing this pop up from time to time. As someone who is from an NYPD family, this is just not accurate. Some of these officers spent their entire careers in Staten Island. No shot they ever laid an eye on the Weiner laptop. The suicide problem the NYPD is having partially stems from the absolutely poisonous atmosphere in which they’re working in. You have five DAs looking to indict a cop for sneezing. They’re subjected to constant verbal and physical assaults. Morale on the department is lower than low.
