Sciences (without evolution theory), Mathematics, reading and writing, business education and fundamentals on every-day life tasks. That's all that public school should teach.

Oh and Gym, PE for all the fatties and couch potatoes.

Why shouldn't science classes teach evolution? I'm a Christian but I find evolution to be the most likely scenario as to how we got here? Obviously existing in God's universe and according to His plan. I'd love to know your thoughts.

Because all sciences don't need creation in it to know about it. Biology, anatomy, geography, astronomy etc. You can teach every single type of science and Put God and the Bible in front and or Evolution. The macro form of evolution of the big bang is been debunked, many secular scientists are redacting the idea as a load of hogwash. the concept of creatures over time changing into others is still a myth as they can not find missing links and all current ones are just apes or extinct animals.

In short You don't need to have a prepostioned idea on origins of the universe to know how the human body works to be a doctor, or how the earth creates weather by the sun, or how tsunamis form from earthquakes in geology and what have you.

Evolution in it's current state is still nothing more than a theory and not needed in the class room. And the more you dive into it the more its full of holes .
