I think CNN is living in a different Universe or they are taking some crazy drugs.
We need to dismiss the idea that this is or ever has been ignorance, stupidity or poor journalism. They know what they are doing.

The headline about Biden taking the wind out of "Trump's biggest attack" honestly feels like a helicopter parent ensuring their spoiled, poorly raised kid feels an unachieved sense of self-esteem.

It’s pretty hilarious that they chose riding a bike, of all things, to prove that he is capable of doing things. They clearly didn’t think that one through. Everyone associates riding a bike as one of the easiest things to remember how to do. Even his handlers are sleepy.
I play golf with a friend who has early-onset dementia. He can't really communicate but he can play the game. The doctors told us that was the best therapy for him. While we play golf, it is like playing a game with your dog. You just say good job and smile.

My grandmother was there about 5 years ago. She could barely remember our names, but she could safely swim for an hour straight in the ocean with good technique. Swimming was her favorite part of every day.
Now she is starting to forget how to swallow food. That is how quickly dementia progresses. Based on my experience, I would guess that Biden is about 7 years away from not knowing how to eat a meal. He’s about 4 years away from not being able to tell you who his family is. It’s 100% elder abuse.

No worries fren. It’s just a consequence of use being able to live such long lives. 3/4 of my grandparents have gone through it so I am pretty accustomed to it by now. Cherish those golf outings with your friend. It is as much of a health benefit for you as it is for him.
As the only other avid swimmer in my family, I remember all of those dementia swims fondly. Sure, I had to swim way slower than I usually did, but it was easily the best way to say goodbye to my grandmother.
