Agreed. That child didn't get to this event on their own. Parents brought them to the venue and allowed this to happen once there.

Home school your kids everyone!

Homeschooling is good. This baby looks too young for school. This looks like it is from one of those "drag queen storytime" events public libraries host. Someone brought that child to this event. And then they allowed them to sit in this creature's lap too. Bad schooling is rampant but this is bad parenting.

What kind of bizarre nightmare are we living in where a librarian says to themself "hmm what would be a good activity here for the kids at the library? Oh, I know! Let's have drag queens come to the library and read to kids!"

🤡🌎

Nevertheless, if parents refused to participate those events would be empty of spectators and they would cease more quickly. Libraries still have budgets which they have to justify to their bureaucracies and ultimately taxpayers.

Probably a librarian named Tootsie that’s been dressing as a woman for years

The local library 3 towns over lets the progressives hold their political meetings there -- if they wouldn't risk a riot of extreme proportions I'm sure the librarians would love to host a drag queen story hour. This is quite sad, as that town invested a lot of tax dollars into that library, and it is quite a nice one -- but the librarians they hired are commie scum. Got some good deals on some old books they purged from their stacks though!

Anyone who doesn't want to home school their kids or at least take them to a private Christian school with a rep for not being PC in the slightest needs to see the stickied post https://thedonald.win/p/Gc7hYok7/public-school-teachers-openly-fe/c/ .

Are private christian schools expensive? I went to public school and it was OK but that was obv 20-30 years ago. I like the idea of homeschool but my wife and I both work

10kish a year. Scholarships can pay about half of that and are based on income most of the time. With EIC that you get back on your taxes per child, you're really talking spending $200 a month to educate your kid in one of the best ways possible.

My 2 oldest were valedictorians, went to the international science fair, etc. They also redpill the hell out of their classmates in college. They don't back down and refuse to give in when challenged. Yeah, they go to public colleges. I didn't raise them to shelter them once they became adults. They were raised to be the light of the world.

Also co-op with homeschool is possible. Lots of resources

2
Dingle_fritzer 2 points ago +2 / -0

Depending on your area they could get cheaper. Lots of Christian schools have discounts if you join an affiliated church

RahkeemTheMachine 12 points ago +12 / -0

That’s great but it’s more effective to be a living red pill for other parents, and to push back on the schools

10
tombombadil 10 points ago +10 / -0

Yup. Demand that the school system be fixed. Homeschooling is a good temporary alternative, but it really is just trying to work around the issue rather than solve it. Remember, when you homeschool your kids, the school system is MAKING money off of your taxes.

RahkeemTheMachine 13 points ago +14 / -1

If the GOP weren’t cucks and actually meant what they say they would have introduced tax breaks for homeschooling

8
CuomoisaMassMurderer 8 points ago +9 / -1

This is why DeVos was hired, to get school vouchers and shut down the DoE.

4
TuckerCarlsonsTie 4 points ago +5 / -1

The issue could be solved simply. Instead of having to apply for school vouchers that are capped in some cases, the federal government should eliminate the hassle of the voucher system altogether.

On your yearly taxes sent to the IRS, you’re asked a simple question: “Do you plan on enrolling your child, aged 4 to 19, into a public education system this year?” If the answer is “No”, you receive the exact amount your state spends per pupil as a refund to you for the purpose of educating your child as you see fit and you automatically forfeit the enrollment of your child in public education a full year. If you say “Yes”, you get no refund, outside of the tax credits normally afforded children, for the education of your child. A follow up question would be “Do you plan on enrolling your child into a charter school this year?” If the answer is “Yes”, your entire per pupil state allocation money goes to the charter school with a series of documents outlining the child’s information, the school’s information, and when the monies will be released for the next school year. However, if the charter school does not have space, then you are still entitled to a refund of the per pupil state allocation and you may choose where to send your child for the upcoming school year. Guess what? You’d see public education fix itself in a hurry because their jobs would actually depend on performance and talent and a healthy, effective school system. If public systems failed to adapt, they’d crumble.

The solution is shuttering public education. Charter, private, and homeschool are the only morally clean way forward. We shouldn’t be spending tax money on indoctrination camps.
Also we must demand transparency from all charter, private, and homeschools. Otherwise we will just take a public social problem and turn it into a private one. And we know how bad private entities can be (I’m looking at you google).

Are there any other options besides homeschooling? Don't get me wrong I love the idea..but I work two jobs and my wife works one.. as our kids approach school age the idea of public school with the libtards worries me but we certainly, at least for the next few years, cannot quit our jobs and have one parent homeschool. I was thinking of joining some churches maybe that offer christian school but maybe I could skip most sunday services since I have to work.

You could also look into home school co-ops in your area. I was home schooled growing up, but I had several home-schooled friends who did most of their classes through the co-op. Their parents would teach them one or two subjects at home, while the co-op filled in the rest. I only occasionally did some classes through the co-op, mostly science related stuff that was more difficult for my mom to teach us at home.

Not sure if other states offer it, but here in MN we have open enrollment. You can send your kid to any school district, the tax money follows the kid, but you have to provide transportation, unless you are diverse and from Minneapolis, in which case they will bus them at a cost to the taxpayers.

ENVYNITAZ [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

diverse and from Minneapolis,

laughing too damn hard . . .

you mean Somali?
