Probably has to do with the gays frequently getting tested at clinics or taking surveys at pride parades rather than gays who do neither of those degenerate activities and therefore don't need to be tested and don't want to go to a pride parade to see barely clothed men on floats in public.
There needs to be scrutiny/vetting before placing a kid with anyone, but you will never convince me a kid is better off in a group home than they would be if someone like Grenell adopted them.
