Yes and no. If you are loving an object at suboptimal force, aka moving 100lb when your max would be 300lb, your muscles won’t require endurance, stamina or cardio.
“Cardio” is the 3rd energy system, first is ATP or instant energy with no side effects, uses stored ATP in muscles and blood.
2nd is lactic acid system, converts glucose to ATP with byproduct being the burning feeling or lactic acid.
3rd is oxygen with the byproduct being CO2.
If you never reach lactic acid threshold you wont use your ‘cardio’ or stamina.
For more science, remember there are only 2 genders.
Completely agree. Functional strength and cardio are crucial. Enough muscle to explode short burst if you need to (without pulling anything) and the ability to maintain a high heart rate if you need to move gear over a long distance. Strong grip and good squat press if nothing else.
Lol yeah there's that, but the point is to keep them from doing that in the first place. If you're inside and they succeed in doing that, it's highly unlikely you'll survive. It's a question of how many of the angry mob you can take with you at that point.
I think cardio, stamina, and endurance would be a bit more helpful than pure strength now.
Need that stamina to lug around all that gear in a Fallujah like environment.

Mah man. Thanks for informing the others about what's important.
I hate hoofing anything and bicycles are only good on cleared terrain.
Why should we march 20 miles? Serious question. Bring all your ladders onto your roof with you, that's your best defensive position.
You'll need to move once they start a fire at your structure.

You have to reload sometime.
Unless you can be an Army of One (i.e., duplicate yourself like Jamie Maddrox in Xmen), you will need to be more VC than Charlie himself.
