It's probably not the most straightforward thing to do for sure. I'd start with trying to get a hold of a curriculum overview and/or some sample lesson plans for each subject. Meeting with the principal and some of the teachers would be helpful as well; parents of other kids also might be a good source of information. If allowed, it would be nice to observe a few classes.
Ultimately, I think it would be almost impossible to find a school with zero left wing bullshit. The best one could probably do is find a school where it is minimal, and then closely watch what the child is learning, correcting when necessary.
If I ever have kids and assuming I don't just homeschool, I'm going to vet the shit out of schools before sending them there.
