I'm European. My guess is that around 90% of Europeans hate Trump. TDS on a large scale! Three reasons for this:
Europeans are notoriously misinformed about American politics and heavily indoctrinated by the mainstream media. This is not new. Trump is the devil. Obama was a saint. George W. Bush was a doofus. Bill Clinton was cool. Most Europeans pay little attention to American politics. "Orange man bad" ... Simple as that.
There are no diverse media outlets. Public TV is much bigger than in the US. There is no Fox-News, no Breitbart or infowars, no OAN. Not even a paper like the Wall Street Journal exists. Most of European "journalists" are too lazy or too stupid to do their own research. Their main sources for their own writing about American politics are the New York Times, The Washington Post and CNN.
Europe has an inferiority complex. The European leadership (Merkel, Macron and the fools in Brussels) is embarrassingly weak. It shouldn't be surprising that Europeans feel much better if they can talk down to America and whoever is in charge there.
Whenever people tell me how they hate Trump (or America), I too roll my eyes, but first I tell them that I would trade most of Europe's presidents and prime-ministers for Trump in a blink of an eye.
There is still hope UK got "red" electing Boris and we managed after very close battle to keep right wing president in Poland, now is time for US to do the same and let's roll this "conservative tsunami" a cross the world!
Why does Sky Australia seem so based? Youtube is always recommending me clips from them and it all seems pro -Trump. Proximity to China and being actively fucked by them I guess.
Haven’t seen Sky Australia but if it is sensible, it’s at odds with the gov of Victoria, who apparently have gone full Facist, police entering people’s homes to do spot checks for too many people, no mask fines, arrests, a curfew between 8pm and 5am. The rest of Aus will follow soon. NZ is also now cucked.
Getting mighty sick of this Covid1984 Tyranny bullshiff.
They even tried to shut down one of Austin’s biggest parks, posting (formerly unemployed young kid lifeguards) at entrances wanting people to wear masks and asking for names and addresses before they could enter.
....until Alex Jones showed up like a bull in a china shop bahahaha
I never understood this argument. The United States is a great country. I love the USA. But the United States was never a stupid country, giving her money away for free. Americans INVEST. The Marshall Plan at the end of WW2 was the best investment that the US ever did. It opened up all of Europe for US consumer goods. It won so many hearts and minds. Marshall was a genius.
The military presence in Europe also is an investment, if (big IF) the US still wants to be a global super-power. Europeans don't like military spending. Remember: the two world wars were fought on European soil. People remember...
Maybe I'm missing here something, but I don't recall America ever picking up the tab without having her own interest in mind.
Name one modern benefit of US shelling out so much money for NATO while the rest do not. Name one benefit of having our largest base in Germany, as opposed to Poland or Bulgaria or Italy. The WW2/Cold War eras are long gone.
All true! I completely understand that pedes like you are fed up with this. And I'm all for Trump's withdrawal from do-nothing Germany.
But... after the fall of the UdSSR, who positioned herself as the leader of the free world, the only remaining global super-power? It wasn't Germany. It wasn't Germany's idea to expand NATO to Eastern Europe right to the Russian border.
Hope nobody thought that this would be cheap. Trump doesn't want the US to be the world police. Previous administrations had a different idea.

Canada is the same with the no right-wing media outlet thing. Just different variations of left-wing media.
Unsurprisingly normies only parrot left-wing narratives...
Agreed, rebel news is amazing. And often funny! Amusing when the commies come up to Ezra Levant and scream at him that he’s a racist Nazi.
He’s Jewish.
You should read the German/Austrian newspapers. It is not just wrong, it is blatantly hateful.

Sky news is particularly eye rollingly biased.

They gladly take our money though.
