They say that as if there is some situation in which they would respect property. The truth is they are communists, so they actually hate the very concept of private property.

They claim to value lives over property, but that's a meaningless claim when property isn't even a part of their worldview. It's like a militant atheist saying he values lives over scripture - no shit, Sherlock, you value everything over scripture because you hate scripture.

In reality, capitalism values both property and lives more than communism because communism places no value on property and minimal value on lives.
