What makes trans so alluring to the left is the narrative that men are women, it is music to their ears to imagine white men as less than men and as blacks are starting to assert their own identity that isn't on the dem plantation anymore, they are cranking up the propaganda for "black trans" sympathy.
Reading the methodology, there's an awful lot of wiggle room in their calculations and the sample sizes and population are not really listed. The main source is a behavioral risk assessment study, so.. I dunno. As always these studies are prone to bias and manipulation. I trust UCLA to be non biased on this issue about as much as I trust squatting over a flaming hibachi with my ass packed full of M-80s.
