Reading the methodology, there's an awful lot of wiggle room in their calculations and the sample sizes and population are not really listed. The main source is a behavioral risk assessment study, so.. I dunno. As always these studies are prone to bias and manipulation. I trust UCLA to be non biased on this issue about as much as I trust squatting over a flaming hibachi with my ass packed full of M-80s.
