If your sex is male and your gender female; but, you change your sex, aren't you transsexual not transgender? Transgender would indicate you change your gender "the social construct" to male.
Being Transgender seems like the rational solution to Gender Dysphoria.

It's the euphemism treadmill. Transexual became a slur so they swapped it for what was at the time obviously synonym. However now that there's a difference between sex and gender they sort of pigeon holes themselves.
Everyone needs to start using terms like transexual and tranny while online just to let these delusional people know they will not control our language. Retard is another great term to throw in too.
