As far as "education" anymore - unless it's a trade, honestly it would be more accurate to term it indoctrination. One of my nieces is a PhD in biochemistry and one sharp cookie BUT - with the years of complex education in her STEM field, she's conversely marinated for FAR too long in that hermetically-sealed bubble of "higher education" - the marxist professors, the 'multicultural' milieu, yada yada. NO political or cultural debate is possible - all emotions. The double-think/cognitive dissonance among The Herd is MINDBLOWING but they think WE'RE the ones who are damaged goods. And 'the twain shall never meet'.

It's hard not to get indoctrinated when they make you take extra classes that have absolutely nothing to do with the degree you are trying to get.
