Rayshard Brooks? He definitely got killed BY police. Unless you are being extremely literal in which case he was killed by the bullets from a police gun.

Not that he wasn't engaging in an activity that a reasonable person would assume might result in getting shot by the police or anything, but he definitely was killed by the cops.
