Hah! I left a decade ago, because it was all already out of control. It's not like Kim Foxx's policy is anything new, they've been releasing violent shooters from the jails for a long time. But now there is NO LEADERSHIP and now, none of the thugs are afraid of the cops. It's sad, it was never perfect, but the last couple of decades of the last century, it was a great place to be.
