Since we don't know how nice she was for the maybe 10/20/30 minute confrontation BEFORE she became a bitch I don't think we can rightly think she IS a bitch. She could have been sweet as strawberry wine for who knows how long before she got pushed one too many times and snapped. All we see is the ballistic part of the confrontation.
