LA, yes. SF, no. SF has relatively few Mexicans and, outside of the slum district (Tenderloin), is a hive of wealthy white liberals with some first-generation Asians and a small and diminishing Black community on the east-side to keep them company. If anything, SF is proof of white liberal hypocrisy. They've allowed high cost of living to push the "diversity" to the East Bay and to the cities to the north like Richmond.
