In states without I.D. verification, all you need to know is someone's name and address and you can vote as them. When I lived in Maryland I didn't even need that, I just brought a ballot notice that I'd gotten in my mail. Someone could have raided my mailbox and voted as me without even knowing my name beforehand.
The system is set up to enable fraud. There is no other explanation.
On Washington state if you have a drivers license you are registered to vote. And then we send you a ballot....
