No amount of financial shuffling/deferred payments will ever change the fact our nation borrows new issuances of currency from the federal reserve (at interest) instead of printing it for free. Fighting against this fact is why they assassinated Lincoln and tried to do the same to Andrew Jackson. Lincoln's issuance of the Greenbacks saved us from the international bankers until Woodrow Wilson fucked us again with the Federal Reserve Act.
