We especially need 3 and 4. #3 is more specifically for the current Wuflu problem, but the more things we have here in the US, the better we can manage our own logistics and power output.
What worries me is getting China out of African countries that have all/most of the precious minerals and metals for various things (cobalt, etc.). I obviously don't want us to go into those African countries or invade or anything like that, but if we can somehow get China to absolve debts or something and get them into fair deals with us, that would be a huge boon. I just don't really know how that would work.
(the obvious alternative is that we find those resources in our own territory, but that might not always happen.)
