Yup - 4 cases in a city of more than a million and the city will go into lockdown as of Wednesday afternoon, August 12th.
Possible full lockdown by this Saturday.
Rest of the country is going into partial lockdown.
They want to mask up and lockdown forever. The entire country could contract covid and they'd have maybe 100 deaths, and be done in 2 weeks with herd immunity..or they could do this for years, destroy the economy and culture, and still have the same amount of deaths, with of course, a flattened curve
