So, I think there are 2 judges being political, getting their dinner party invites. Some are getting headlines, but I don't think they will allow this to continue. You and I know it would go to the SC and they would be thoroughly embarrassed. Do they want to be known for that? No.
They just did. They said they will pick up this case again on December 9th....after the election. They are doing their part to keep Flynn muzzled. He can not be allowed to speak out on what he knows.

This is very normal. If you read transcripts, this is how they argue. They make you defend your position.
