These arguments are hilarious.

"We do not believe that retaining legal council for several more months is irreparable harm to a person. Just wait for this judge to rule on this case after he literally appointed his own prosecutor. He may still dismiss it. What's wrong with you guys? Don't you just want to let the judge make a decision?"

The court already made a ruling. The ruling to ignore the prosecution dropping the case and to seek it's own case. In other words to become it's own prosecutor.
