Most parents I know get things like Disney+ so they can sit their kids in front of it for some peace and don't care what it shows them.

But like with things taught at schools parents are just lazy and never take an active roll in their kid's upbringing.

They own so much intellectual property. Star Warts, the Stimsons, Moppets... can trust laws apply to entertainment? At some point everything successful gets bought by them

Anti-trust only applies if they did something scummy to get a monopoly or abuse their station as a natural monopoly. Owning shitloads of shows isn’t a problem inof itself.
