Eh, I pray that people change as well. However, when it comes to turning the other cheek, as you noted....Jesus didn't turn the other cheek, and neither should you. When you have NO other choice, don't lash out against those around you. But when you DO, fight against it tooth and nail.
We were all children of wrath and in the dominion of Satan. That being said, sometimes you have to make a stand against gross wrong doing. Not saying I’d really relish in doing it, but I’m not letting my kids be preyed on by evil.
