It's about time for shareholders to get off their asses and demand changes. They are the only group that is legally allowed to make demands of a company so they need to start doing it.

Leftists, upset "conservatives" and just plain stupidity. Take you pick.

When you give everyone a voice you can't complain when someone uses that voice to heckle you.

Disney won't care

You do realize that disney is legally obligated to follow mandates from shareholders, yes? If they demanded that the CEO be tossed out for not returning profits, lying about monetary policy, and intentional decisions meant to cause issues they have legal standing to do so. They are also the only group that the courts almost always side with because large amounts of money is involved and companies know it.

Then tell me, one who is wise in the ways of legality and the stock market, how does it "actually work." Regale me with your tale filled with misinformation and utter horseshit!
