If Comcast is blocking her outbound email, shouldn't she be able to get a webhost that provides email and use that to send? I know that's what I have done for literally over a decade with my private domain. Unless they're literally blocking ports 25 and 587, she should be able to send from another provider.

I'm not saying that what Comcast is doing is in anyway right, just that this might be a short-term solution until she can get Comcast to quit screwing with her emails.
