which is exactly why lawsuits are a stupid way of dealing with the problem. but the anti-government sovereign citizen nutjobs can't handle the real solution..

lawsuits take years and massive financial backing and you still don't know the outcome. which is why we need a law against political censorship especially of elected officials and candidates..

noir would be enforced by a federal agency who doesn't need to take 3 months to 2 years in and out of court. They can investigate an issue a ruling in a matter of days if necessary. just like every other Federal agency..

if there is a case of political censorship they don't need to take years and years and years of lawsuits. They can investigate it and rule on it and issue a fine or some other punishmen

the way it's supposed to work. In a fast-moving world you can't rely on 1800s slow-moving solutionss

the saying is modern problems require MODERN solutions. not ancient solutions..

it's time to move forward.

The other side is more than willing to flex the power of government against us. Us refusing to do so against them doesn’t protect us from it, it just makes sure they are the only ones with that power.

Who is going to staff this branch and why in the hell would I trust their judgement? This sounds like deep state waiting to happen, and abuse of power waiting to happen.
