In the bodycam transcript, Floyd tells the officers he is foaming at the mouth because he was smuggling drugs on page 7.
Considering the toxicology report was "Antemortem" .... Yes. He died from an OD and not from the cop.
In fact he died at 9:25PM, and he was loaded in the ambulance at 8:29PM.
Toxicology was at 9:00PM.
He died in the hospital.
